There are two basic outcomes of the referral process:
If an individual is looking to buy or sell real estate in the Boston area, then I will provide the assistance and direction needed to sucessfully consummate the desired real estate outcome – the purchase or sale of a residential property.
If an individual is looking to buy or sell real estate outside the Massachusetts area, then I will conduct the necessary research and use the vast array of real estate networking resources at my disposal to connect that individual to the right real estate firm and sales agent. All real estate firms and sales agents are NOT created equal and some are definitely better than others. Tapping my expertise and networking connections will help to insure that a referred client will be directed to the best firm and agent to meet their real estate needs.
